Vocaloid is hard to explain. It’s voice synthesizer software developed in Japan. There many different “voices” of the software, each of which have been anamporhized into mascot characters. These characters are very popular in Japan and have a huge cross over into the Anime genre. This particular character is “Lily,” who started out as a 30-day software trial.
